Comprehensive approach: Our strategic goals promote a whole of life, person-centred approach for persons with disabilities. Adapting to the challenge of climate change: The negative impact of climate change is being tangibly felt by communities in countries across the Global South, including Nigeria and it brings into sharp focus the disproportionate effect that climate change is having on persons with disabilities and why CBM Global needs to mitigate the risk of climate emergency on the inclusion gains achieved by the international disability community and INGOs such as CBM Global in both the development and humanitarian spheres.

Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic: We put persons with disabilities at the centre of COVID-19 response and recovery efforts like every other pandemic and epidemic. Without this commitment, the levels of exclusion faced by persons with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic will be compounded and the cycle of poverty and disability further reinforced.
