Job Summary:
Sell, manage, develop, and penetrate our client’s products and services to SME customers within the appointed area. Identify and execute sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth.

No direct or indirect reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets.
Execute sales growth plans.
Contribute to cost savings.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Cross-sell and up-sell products.
Understand customer business needs.
Analyze customer and sales metrics.
Resolve escalated customer issues.
Forecast and plan sales.
Ensure contract adherence.
Align with marketing and branding.
Grow customer and partner footprint.
Monitor sales segments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
CIM Membership is a plus.
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales and Marketing, IT Sales Management, Business
Administration, or Relationship Management.
