What’s an example of something that’s easy to learn, but hard to master?

I am only going to say the one thing I can do. Which is crochet. A simple stitch is easy to learn but in my opinion, it gets very hard with a lot of projects. I am sure it comes easy to some but you can make a lot of great things with yarn and a hook.
