Brites Management Technical Sales Engineer Jobs in Westlands – Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Performing market research and gathering client feedback to refine existing products.
Maintaining strong professional relationships with current clients and meeting new clients to expand sales territories.
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
Explaining and negotiating contract terms with customers.
Maintaining and updating a record of all sales orders.
Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
Key Requirements
Must have a Degree in Chemical/Water/ Civil/Mechanical/Water and Waster Engineering
Must be aggressive in marketing
1 year experience as technical sales is added advantage
Prospecting – proactively identify and qualify potential customers by developing contacts using referrals and pursuing leads.
Customer engagement and retention.
Timeliness in reporting – quality and accurate reports to inform on the average sales performance.
Market awareness – accurately understand market trends and analyse customer buying patterns.
