Expected Deliverables
Facilitation of 2-day learning event
Development of DRC internal lessons note on approach 10 pages max
Develop external technical brief on borderlands programming 3 pages max
Qualifications
Master’s degree in international relations, development, anthropology, political science, or economics
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in conducting facilitation and reviewing similar analyses.
Strong knowledge of the region and the socio-economic and political dynamics affecting it; more specifically on borderlands communities and implementing programs in borderlands
Strong analytical and writing skills with proven experience in producing high-quality research with the ability to present complex information in a simple and accessible manner
Fluency in written and spoken English
