Duties and Responsibilities]

Interpretation of Architectural and Engineering drawing and checking minor repairs and alteration of existing building.

Receive and vetting of applications for building;

Advise developers and clients on all related technical matters to building designs and development control within the County

Supervise construction work in progress in accordance with specification and report any variation

Supervise Artisan Carrying out repairs and alteration in existing building; and

Preparing cost estimate and schedule of materials.

Requirements for Appointment

Diploma in Building and civil engineering or Construction technician part III OR equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution

Candidate must be a Kenyan citizen;

Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution;

Relevant working experience will be added advantage.
