Shirika Sacco Society Limited was registered on 24th April, 1969. At the time it’s members came from the Ministry of Co-operative Development (which is the parent ministry) although we have since widened our scope to include all other government ministries, all cooperative related organizations, and other reputable public organizations. Our core values reflect the deeply held standards which will guide the way we relate to each other , our members and in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of new members while ensuring retention of existing members as per set targetsRecruitment of new salary accounts and other FOSA accounts as per set targetsDeposit MobilizationLoan Mobilization and increased uptake as per the set targetsListen, take and provide avenues for solutions to member problemsFollow up on unregistered members and ensure they make their contributionMaking sale presentations and making follow up for closure of salesPreparation of marketing reportsResponsible for member education Any other duty as delegated from time to time
