About the Company:
Shirika Sacco Society Limited was registered on 24th April, 1969. At the time it’s members came from the Ministry of Co-operative Development (which is the parent ministry) although we have since widened our scope to include all other government ministries, all cooperative related organizations, and other reputable public organizations. Our core values reflect the deeply held standards which will guide the way we relate to each other , our members and in service delivery.
Minimum Qualification
A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with preference to Public Relations/Communication/Marketing and must have graduated within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
Must be available full time for the twelve months’ duration of the program
Ability to multi-task
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling walk in customers.
Telephone management:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls and sorting the customer enquiries to completion.
Email Management and feedback management within the service charter
Member education on products and service
Any other duty as delegated from time to time.
Required Skills
Verbal communication, Customer service, Answering telephones and call management, Time management
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree
