About the Company:
Shirika Sacco Society Limited was registered on 24th April, 1969. At the time it’s members came from the Ministry of Co-operative Development (which is the parent ministry) although we have since widened our scope to include all other government ministries, all cooperative related organizations, and other reputable public organizations. Our core values reflect the deeply held standards which will guide the way we relate to each other , our members and in service delivery.
Minimum Qualification
Minimum of a diploma in Information Sciences/Records Management or its equivalent
Must have graduated with a first Degree (undergraduate) or Diploma from a recognized institution within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
Must be available full time for the twelve months’ duration of the program. d) Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
Responsibilities:
New Member Registration
Update of member’s information
Filing of all documents received in member files, record management and effective circulation of documents.
Reshelving and File retrieval
Registration of other savings account
Any other duty as delegated from time
Required Skills
Reporting, Office administration, management, Communication, Documentation and record keeping
Required Education
Diploma, Associate’s degree
