KEMRI Administrative Assistant – Thika Jobs in Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the research management team
Manage and track various study calendar
Provide logistical support for workshops and project meetings
Prepare reports and power point presentations
Manage and organize documents
Manage travel
Support with online applications and analyses when needed
Assist in keeping track of study activities against target milestones
Assist the Principal Investigators in preparing study implementation reports.
Assist the Principal Investigators in their day-to-day study implementation activities
Assist in regulatory submissions.
Vacancy Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
Excellent communications skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent report writing skills
Good computer skills and ability to work on different applications
Mature and self-motivated
High Integrity and confidentiality
Good planning and organizing skills
Ability to work independently
Team Player
At least two (2) years of experience.
