About the Role:
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Ssentozo users achieve success. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our valued MFI partners, guiding them through onboarding, maximizing their use of Ssentozo’s features, and driving long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding new MFI partners and ensuring a smooth Ssentozo setup process.
• Providing ongoing product training and support to Ssentozo users.
• Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to optimize their Ssentozo experience.
• Monitoring customer usage data and identifying opportunities to enhance their success.
• Building strong relationships with Ssentozo users and fostering a community of satisfied customers.
• Gathering valuable customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer success role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
• In-depth understanding of the microfinance landscape in Uganda (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
