Shahnaz Badalova is Deputy Head in the Department of Urban Planning and Land Development at the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture (SCUPA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Currently pursuing a doctorate in urban planning philosophy, Shahnaz Badalova actively engages in research to attract investments in underutilized urban areas. She plays a crucial role in developing master plans for multiple cities and manages various urban planning projects, contributing significantly to the strategic advancement of Azerbaijan’s urban infrastructure.
