Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Franchise business (QualityRx) team at mPharma. The ideal candidate should have fieldwork experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to deliver on targets. You will be responsible for engaging client businesses (B2B) to increase the network and footprint of franchise businesses. This role is located in Nairobi and would require a lot of traveling within Kenya.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the junior sales team.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and closing deals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales or marketing.

Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in marketing, sales, or related fields.

Fluency in the English language is required.

Must live within Nairobi.

Must have the legal right to live and work in Kenya.

A healthcare background is a plus.
