Required Qualifications:
(Minimum qualifications needed for this position)
Advanced degree in accounting, finance or related field.
5+ years budgeting, reporting actual spending each month and leading a team to achieve goals within budget.
3 plus years’ experience managing staff.
Five plus years leading monitoring and evaluation teams with evidence to show results.
Ability to develop and manage excel spreadsheets with strong ability to learn new skills in excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional systems awareness and problem-solving skills. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
