The Senior Manager of MEL will mentor and support all the technical staff in MEL functions and will manage any MEL-related program staff.

This position will also strengthen health systems and integrated health and/or HIV reporting capacity among local partners and Government of Uganda (GOU) partners.

This position is contingent upon award and approval by USAID. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
