Uganda Wildlife Research & Training Institute Economist/Planning Officer Jobs in Uganda
The officer shall hold office for five years renewable.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To assist in the preparation of annual work plans and budget estimates.
To assist in the analysis of budget performance for the vote.
To assist in preparation of the budget monitoring reports.
To assist in the preparation of government performance reports.
To assist in the preparation and implementation of departmental work plans.
To assist in collection and sorting data in economic analysis.
Eligibility
An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized institution.
Experience of not less than four (2 years) in a relevant field in reputable organization.
Be a citizen of Uganda with a valid national identity card
Age: not more than 45
Job Description
The Economist shall support on routine Planning for the Institute and performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Director in conformity with the laid down procedures of Uganda Wildlife Research and Training Institute.
