Avenue Healthcare Audit Assistant Jobs in Kenya
Job Objective/Purpose
To improve the company’s operational efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing various business processes and documents to check for controls adequacy and compliance with the company policies, process regulatory requirements.
Conducting interviews during audits.
Perform audit procedures to verify the implementation and effectiveness of controls.
Preparing working papers for the various audits and ssummarizing audit issues.
Identifying all risks including people, technology, and process risks, and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of controls.
Preparing and presenting audit results of audit via written reports and oral presentations to management.
Participate in monitoring and evaluation of compliance with organizational procedures and regulations.
Maintain internal audit working paper files.
Participate in Audit investigations.
Follow up audit recommendations to ensure that agreed actions are taken to improve system controls.
Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.
Personal Specifications
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) or equivalent from a recognized University plus CPA (K) or ACCA.
Holder of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be an added advantage.
3 years’ experience.
Attention to detail.
Strong analytical/reporting skills
