Bridge Talent Management LPG Territory Manager Jobs in Kenya
Job purpose:
To grow sales volumes and margins for LPG and its accessories for Distributors, Supermarkets, Hotels and Resellers across the assigned territory.
Duties and responsibilities:
Sales management – grow sales to achieve set targets.
Territory Management with daily performance monitoring,
Market intelligence – Gather and share sales and marketing intelligence
Account management: Management of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR) within approved credit policy.
Vetting, recruitment and development of new sales accounts.
Stock management for all our customers.
Field visits to existing and potential customers to evaluate product placement
Coordination of regular training on Customer service, safety and product knowledge
Sharing daily sales reports, weekly reports and monthly market reports to help track on the monthly target as well as the MTD performance.
Ensure compliance of LN 100 and any other applicable regulations by the customers.
To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
Good selling and negotiation skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
