Keep abreast of issues affecting the market and conduct market intelligence to ensure competitiveness.

Ensure clients receive exceptional levels of service to promote client retention.

Preparing sales letters/communications to clients, including presentations and quotations, outlining detailed MCT offers to the customers.

Maintain reports on new customers brought on board/ volumes and ensure daily status reports are sent.

Address customer queries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

Degree in sales and marketing

5 years of relevant experience
