Bridge Talent Management Store Manager Jobs in Kenya
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and employee management.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or construction industry.
Proven track record of managing store operations and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (Sage).
Knowledge of paints and interior finishes is a plus.
