Bosch Africa Service Engineer Trainee Jobs in Kenya
Job Description
Perform after-sales services to Industrial Boiler Business in Eastern African countries.
Acts as salesman whilst visiting customers and sell service products like maintenance contracts and spares.
Handle existing maintenance contracts.
Supervision and commissioning of new boilers.
Elaborate reports from each customer visit, with recommendations for spare parts and retrofits.
Constant liaising with boiler experts in the industrial production office.
Create customer relationships and guarantee customer confidence in our services.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering.
Experience in boiler service and maintenance.
Characteristics and skills:
Good communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Detail driven.
Team player.
Problem solving skills.
High degree of self-motivation & accuracy.
Great level of flexibility, self-confidence and should be able to represent the company.
Comprehension of company values.
