TransPerfect Receptionist Jobs in Kenya
DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The project is expected to last around 3 months.
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is scheduling and assisting participants for one of our data collection projects taking place in Nairobi, Kenya.
Work Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate participant scheduling for study appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
Maintain and update appointment calendars and participant records
Provide information and assistance to participants and visitors
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and preparing materials
Liaise with study staff to ensure smooth participant flow and efficient operations
Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards of the study
Job requirements
Idiomatic fluency in Swahili
Advanced English
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus
Proven experience in scheduling, reception, or administrative roles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion with confidential information
