Fanisi HR Solutions HR Account Manager (SMEs) Jobs in Kenya
This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Execute on agreed client HR deliverables
Manage and meet client expectations
Interpret overall business strategy objectives into HR deliverables
Support managers within client businesses with their people needs
Lead recruitment and selection processes
Contract and onboard new hires
Create and implement robust client onboarding and orientation systems
Incharge of HR Admin and HR documentation; preparation of Jds, contracts etc
Review Client HR handbooks and policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant
Write HR manuals/ handbooks and policies where necessary
Advise the company on employee disciplinary matters
Participate in performance management processes and documentation
Coordinate employee exit processes and procedures
Participate in company culture development
Accurately manage payroll systems
Person’s specifications
Experience in a HR Consulting Agency and accounts management
At least 4 years of work experience in a busy SME
A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field
HR Qualification and Registration
Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate facts and data into solutions
All round HR Generalist
Willingness to learn and a love for reading
Thorough understanding of the Kenya labour laws
High emotional intelligence
Must have excellent people skills
Keen attention to detail and strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
Energetic and confident, able to address business owners and senior management
Willing to gain training skills and learn how to develop training content
