Requirement for Appointment:-
Diploma in any of the following disciplines – Supply Chain Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Procurement or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer application skills.
Membership of a professional body
Duties and Responsibilities: –
Implement supply chain policies for the County;
Adherence to strict compliance with rules of procurement process and supply chain cycle;
Implement existing supplies regulations, procedures and system;
Recommend disposal of unserviceable stores and equipment;
Implement procurement manual;
Prepare procurement plans;
Source for goods and services;
Conduct stock control, stock taking and stock audit
Implement e-procurement strategies
