Uasin Gishu County Senior Quality Assurance Officer Jobs in Kenya
Requirements for appointment:-
Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized institution; OR Bachelor of Arts/Science with Education from a recognized institution; OR Bachelor of Arts/ Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from a recognized institution;
Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than three (3) years;
Proficiency in computer application skills from a recognized institution; and
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
Duties and Responsibilities: –
Plan and carry out quality assurance and standards assessments;
Disseminate quality assurance and standards assessment reports to educational institutions;
Advise Education Boards on the standards of Education;
Coordinate school activities and programs;
Organize skills upgrading for teachers;
Organize and coordinate Co-curricular activities;
Determine and report on the Education Quality Index;
Guide, advise and appraise officers under their supervision; and
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
