Mobility Grants for Artists and Cultural Professionals
‘EU4Culture’, a project funded by the European Union, today launches a mobility grant for individual artists and cultural professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and the Republic of Moldova.
The mobility grant scheme supports activities such as internships, study visits, conferences (online/offline), professional development and other activities that are carried out in another country and foster knowledge exchange and intercultural dialogue.
Artists and cultural professionals aged 18 and above, from all cultural and creative sectors, who are legal permanent residents in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus and the Republic of Moldova are eligible to apply. Only individual and international mobility projects are eligible.

To apply for the EU4Culture mobility grants, applicants must submit an action plan and budget for their proposed international mobility through the
Goethe Application Portal (GAP).
Interested individuals can register in advance to attend the info sessions on EU4Culture Mobility Grants: on 20 December for Belarus (registration), on 10 January for Moldova (registration), on 15 January for Azerbaijan (registration), and on 16 January for Armenia (registration).
EU4Culture is a four-year project funded by the European Union to support the culture and creative sector with a special focus on non-capital cities and towns in the Eastern Partnership countries. The project is implemented by Goethe-Institut (Lead), Czech Centers, Danish Cultural Institute and Institut Français de Géorgie. Since its inception, EU4Culture has launched three mobility grant calls, supporting the mobility projects of 274 individuals.
