Job Description
The main role of the Client Service is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders by initiating and maintaining favorable relationships with client.
Key Responsibilities
Understand key services offered by the company
Understand the company’s portfolio of client and what they offer
Understand companies work flows and delivery protocols for the services offered
Negotiate timelines, manage client expectations and delivery processes for assigned projects
Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade services.
Analyze customer needs and develop innovative
Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and projects
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
Asses client’s needs and upsell them on possible services that the company offers to maximize
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer
Help prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale
Skill & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Business related course.
Must have experience in client Relationship management
2-3 Years of experience
Experience in digital content agencies is an added advantage
