Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will involve: –
Inviting and analyzing quotations;
Undertaking inspection of goods and services in liaison with the users;
Maintenance of a supplier database;
Generating local purchase and service orders; and
Preparing supporting documents for payment to suppliers.
Requirement for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Certificate in computer application skills; and
Registered with a relevant professional body.
