Nairobi City County Assembly Administration Assistant Jobs in Kenya
Duties and responsibilities will entail: –
Collecting, collating and compiling data;
Receiving, recording, folioing and filling documents;
Indexing of documents and records;
Maintaining and updating files;
Photocopying and scanning documents;
Keeping safe custody of equipment documents and records; and
Carrying out tasks specific to their area of deployment.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
Certificate in any of the following fields: – Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Information Communication Technology, Accounts, Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognized in institution;
Kenya certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (Minus)or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized in institution; and
Proficiency in computer application Skills.
