Responsibilities:
The effective and accurate administration of the Parts, Whole goods and Workshop departments in a –
Branch to ensure efficiency of department.
Responsible for administration during receiving process
Receive ordered stock from vendor and or third party.
Check stock delivered against waybill. Ensure that the quantity and quality are correct.
Report deviance or breakages on waybill according to internal procedure.
Confirm stock received by stamping and signing the delivery note.
Gather John Deere and other suppliers invoices electronically for receiving process.
Link invoices with delivery notes and Equip orders.
Responsible for the administration reporting function
Responsible for general administration
Generate reports for stock taking.
Assist in quarterly stock taking.
Capture count sheets on system.
