Job Summary:

We are seeking a Research Executive to join our professional services market research team in Kenya. The RE will work across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Serving across a

range of public and private sector clients. The RE shall report to a Research Manager. The position is on a full time basis and is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities:

Project planning and management

Proposal writing and pitching

Data interpretation and report writing

Training of data collection teams and working hand in hand with operations for successful fieldwork and at the highest quality

Awareness of financial targets and identify job profitability problems and resolve them with support if required.

Identify business opportunities and discuss with management.

Maintain good, basic supervisory / mentoring practices with junior staff.

Position requires occasional domestic and international travel (up to 20%) to attend client meetings and trainings

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years’ experience working as a Research Executive or Research/Client Service Associate for a market research company

Must have at least a Degree in business, anthropology, sociology or related field

Experience in running projects from start to end

Must: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SPSS

Must: Good understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and application
