PEP Fixed Asset Administrator Jobs in South Africa
Description
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Support team with regards to the ordering and delivery of all general Fixtures and Fittings (F&F), Safes, Tiles & Radio equipment. Will provide support to the Sales Support team relating to queries.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative aid and Order placements of Fixtures & Fittings (F&F) and Hangers labels
Administrative aid and order placement of leasehold improvement, tile and F&F related insurance orders for all installations
Reporting
Administrative duties to assist the Fixed Asset Buyers
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Requirements
Grade 12 (Mathematics as a subject will be an advantage)
2-3 years administration experience
Smartstream system knowledge will be an advantage
F&F System knowledge will be an advantage
MS Office or Google Suite (Spreadsheets at an intermediate level)
Knowledge of fixtures and fittings will be an advantage
Knowledge of store designing and space planning will be an advantage
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
