We conduct both physical and online trainings in different fields such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Public Speaking, Strategic Leadership and many others. So far, we have trained more than 10,000 professionals in 25 countries in Africa.

We are looking for results oriented Training Officer-Leadership, to join our vibrant team on a full time basis.

Overall objective of the position

The Training Officer will take up Business Development, Training and Consultancy roles in Leadership Programs.

Relevant Qualifications:

  • You have a Degree in Management, Leadership or related disciplines. A masters degree will be an added advantage
  • You are an experienced trainer in Leadership or Management fields. You view training as a calling, and you are able to engage participants throughout a training session.
  • Experience working in a leadership position will be an added advantage. Consultancy experience in leadership and management will also be considered.
  • You are experienced in selling Training and Consultancy products. You have a strong personality and are capable of closing deals.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Ms Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are highly flexible, and can travel for training assignments on short notice, including outside the country. You can also train evening programs up to 9.30pm.
  • You have a positive attitude towards work, and challenges excite you.
  • You are a numbers person, and can demonstrate your past performance using data.

    Duties / Responsibilities

  • Business development roles, including developing proposals, calling clients, providing relevant information regarding Leadership and related programs
  • Achieve set sales targets for assigned training programs
  • Develop training content in Leadership and related disciplines
  • Train participants (both physical and online) in Leadership and related disciplines
  • Organize and implement training programs across the continent (including being physically present in these countries)
  • Lead the management consultancy department at the institute
  • Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous support
  • Any other task allocated in line with job requirements

    Key Benefits:

  • Retainer: Kshs 35,000 to 50,000 depending on qualifications
