We are looking for results oriented Training Officer-M&E, to join our vibrant team on a full time basis.
Overall objective of the position
The Training Officer will take up both Business Development, Training and Consultancy roles in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Relevant qualifications:
You have a Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management or related disciplines. A masters degree will be an added advantage
You have a Certificate in M&E from Vantage Africa, Amref, KIM or any other accredited institution
You are an experienced trainer in Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Management fields. You view training as a calling, and you are able to engage participants throughout a training session.
Experience working in the humanitarian sector, especially in M&E will be an added advantage. Consultancy experience in M&E will also be considered.
You are experienced in selling Training and Consultancy products. You have a strong personality and are capable of closing deals.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Ms Excel and PowerPoint
You are highly flexible, and can travel for training assignments on short notice, including outside the country. You can also train evening programs up to 9.30pm.
You have a positive attitude towards work, and challenges excite you.
You are a numbers person, and can demonstrate your past performance using data.

Duties / Responsibilities
Business development roles, including developing proposals, calling clients, providing relevant information regarding Monitoring and Evaluation and related programs
Achieve set sales targets for assigned training programs
Develop training content in M&E and related disciplines
Train participants (both physical and online) in M&E and related disciplines
Organize and implement training programs across the continent (including being physically present in these countries)
Lead the M&E consultancy department at the institute
Ensure 100% client satisfaction through continuous support
Any other task allocated in line with job requirements
Key Benefits:
Retainer: Kshs 35,000 to 50,000 depending on qualifications
