KK Advisors Executive Administrator Jobs in Uganda
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Administrator who will assume responsibility for directing and overseeing our business endeavours. The Executive Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the platform.
This role involves strategically allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business functions, monitoring and inspiring staff, managing operational expenses, enhancing administrative processes, fostering relationships with our partners, stakeholders and clients, recruitment staff and identifying growth prospects or new business lines.
Reports to: Director
Operational Excellence:
• Contribute to the development of the platforms’ respective strategic plans and oversee their review.
• Spearhead the optimisation of internal processes, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment among staff.
• Actively engage in business development efforts by conducting in-depth research on potential clients and market trends.
• Prepare well-crafted business proposals, EOIs, presentations, and the platform marketing materials.
• Fine-tune operational processes and procedures.
• Play a pivotal role in the implementation and maintenance of operational systems, ensuring streamlined efficiency.
Human Resource Management:
• Identify need gaps and recruit accordingly.
• Develop comprehensive key performance goals and proficiently manage staff performance.
• Take responsibility for nurturing the growth and skill development of the respective teams.
Financial Oversight:
• Effectively manage the budget and meticulously monitor the financial well-being of the platform with help from the support of the Accountant.
Skills, experience and personal characteristics:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management.
• At Least 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
• Has an appreciation of
the dynamics of a start-up
• Must be proactive.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritise competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
• A strategic thinker who is adept at multitasking in fast paced environment, able to plan, prioritise, and organise individual and group activities and processes;
• Familiarity with contract management and Human resources processes is preferred.
• Highly comfortable in fluid, rapidly changing environments with a proven ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
• Experience coaching and supporting Senior Leadership towards sustained change.
• Exceptional ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking, and analysis.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
