Job Details:
As a casual Survey Interviewer you will be hired on a temporary or intermittent basis to fulfill short-term or irregular work requirements. You will not have a fixed, ongoing commitment with us and you will not have the same level of job security or benefits as full-time or permanent employees.
You will usually be employed to address fluctuating workloads, seasonal demands, or specific projects where the need for labour or workers is uncertain or irregular. There will be time when you will have irregular working hours, and your employment may not be guaranteed beyond each individual assignment or working day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person, telephone, or online surveys following established protocols and questionnaires.
• Accurately record responses and gather data from survey participants while maintaining a respectful and unbiased approach.
• Approach potential survey participants in a courteous and professional manner, explaining the purpose of the survey and encouraging participation.
• Assist in promoting the survey and recruiting participants, when necessary.
• Clarify questions for participants if needed, ensuring their full understanding of the survey content.
• Strictly follow survey guidelines, ethics, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Accurately and legibly record responses on paper, electronic devices, or online survey platforms.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of participant information and survey responses, adhering to data protection
regulations and company policies.
• Assist in survey setup, including distributing materials, organizing equipment, and ensuring the smooth execution of survey sessions.
• Review completed surveys for accuracy and completeness, making any necessary corrections or clarifications.
• Submit collected data and survey reports in a timely and organized manner to supervisors or project managers.
• Provide feedback on survey participants’ responses, any challenges faced, and suggestions for survey improvement.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
• Friendly, approachable, and capable of building rapport with survey participants.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in recording survey responses.
• Ability to adapt to various survey formats (in-person, telephone, online) and working conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional conduct while interacting with survey participants.
• Basic computer and data entry skills, as well as the ability to use survey software or devices as needed.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends, as surveys may be conducted during non-standard business hours.
• Access to reliable transportation for in-person survey assignments, if required.
