Our client a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality international curriculum education is seeking to hire an ICT Manager to join our team and lead our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably at a school or academic institution, with a solid understanding of the unique ICT needs in such environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support the school’s educational objectives.
Oversee the maintenance and management of the school’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technology needs, ensuring that ICT solutions enhance the teaching and learning experience.
Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of all ICT functions.
Stay updated on emerging technology trends and integrate innovative solutions into the schools’ ICT framework.
Qualifications
Relevant business-related Degree.
Must have a Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an educational setting, preferably at a school or academic institution, with a solid understanding of the unique ICT needs in such environments.
Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
Proficiency in school management software systems, particularly Engage, is essential. Experience in configuring, implementing, and managing such software is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
