Eagle HR Consultants Human Resources Officer Jobs in Kenya
About the Role
The Human Resources Officers will be responsible for effective administration of Resourcing, Learning and Development, Staff Welfare and other HR/Staff related activities to support the alignment of people strategies with Business needs as well as Career aspirations and progression.
Person Specifications
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related discipline from a reputable university.
A Master’s degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
A professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
Have at least two (2) years’ relevant post-internship work exposure in a Human Resources environment in a large organisation, preferably in a financial institution or reputable professional services firm.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload to complete multiple assignments within deadlines.

Demonstrates integrity and ethical practices while ensuring the organization is not put at reputational risk.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Relationship management and ability to build rapport and create good relationships.
Resilience and ability to maintain momentum when faced with operational challenges, while adapting to a changing environment.
