About the Role
The System Engineers – IT Operations will be responsible for the support of IT systems that facilitate the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively to deliver its objectives.
Person Specifications
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
A Master’s degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
A professional qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Have at least two (2) years’ relevant post-internship work exposure in IT Operations in large organisation(s), preferably banks and technology companies.
Experience in a financial institution or reputable professional services firm is an added advantage.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload to complete multiple assignments within deadlines.

Demonstrates integrity and ethical practices while ensuring the organization is not put at reputational risk.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Resilience and ability to maintain momentum when faced with operational challenges, while adapting to a changing environment.
