IG Sacco Society Sales Executive Jobs in Kenya
Overall Responsibility
The job holder will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies of the Sacco by acquiring new business and covering all product needs to meet Sacco targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and carry out member recruitment as per the Sacco Policies and Strategies.
Comprehensively and satisfactorily attend to all customer’s/member’s inquiries.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Sacco Products and Services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of merchandise for effective demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the Sacco in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Cross selling and upselling of Sacco products and services to existing and potential members.
Qualifications
Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Business Development from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
Proficiency in computer applications.
A valid Driving License will be an added advantage.
A minimum of one (1) year working experience in a similar role.
