Academic and Working Experience
Applicant must have:
At least KCSE Level of Education or equivalent
A certificate in Institutional Management, Foods & Nutrition, or equivalent from a recognized institution
Working experience as Hostel Attendant/Janitor/Kitchen Attendant/Dining Hall
Attendant will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of meals.
Washing utensils, pots, pans, and chopping boards
Maintaining of cleanness in the kitchen and dining areas
Management of food items.
Maintaining the kitchen equipment.
Complying with the health and safety standard
