Experience and Qualification
At least 9 years of relevant experience in a similar environment, 3 of which must be in clinical leadership
Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy
A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Licensed Physiotherapist actively registered with the Kenya Society of Physiotherapists
Desired Qualities
Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to develop partnerships, consensus and networking at all levels
Conversant with hospital management systems, agile and with strong reporting skills
