The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for:

Receiving and processing goods in the warehouse.

Inventory Management by regularly conducting counts and reconciliations and ensuring accuracy.

Order fulfillment and dispatch.

Coordinate with logistics for timely order dispatch.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Complete necessary paperwork, such as outbound and inbound forms and maintain accurate records of received goods, dispatched orders, and inventory levels.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding inventory and warehouse activities.

Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards before shipping.

Report any quality issues and discrepancies to the relevant parties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of a relevant Diploma.

Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar setting.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
