Requirements :
Diploma or degree in hotel management or related field.
Must have good and effective people management skills.
Experience:
At least 5 years hands-on working experience as a restaurant manager in a busy restaurant.
Salary: kshs. 60,000 – 80,000 plus company benefits
Additional Attributes:
Restaurant manager oversees all general business operations of the restaurant in areas such as kitchen service, standard operating procedures, customer service, marketing and general staff training and management among others.
