Requirements:
Graduate or diploma in purchasing, supply management, store management or in related field.
Knowledge of kaizen.
Experience in inventory and stores management.
Member of kenya institute of supply management.
Physically active and able to provide services within the farm.
Able to stand/ walk for long hours in stores environment.
Confidence, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude.
Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and a disciplined mindset.
Experience:
2-3 years experience in similar or related work.
Those with experience in flower sector will have an advantage.

Stores supervisor main role is to supervise and co-ordinate stores activities by ensuring receiving and issuing is done correctly.
He/she will ensure implementation of fifo policy when handling stocks. Other roles includes ensuring safety measures are always taken in the store.
Stores supervisor will also prepare daily management reports on stores activities among other roles.
The performance of this role will be based on the following criteria/kpi:-
Timely completion of all activities as per time frame.
Ensure no stock variances. 6s standard in all the stores.
Accurate and timely reports. Mantain re-order levels.
Manage and provide leadership to subordinates.
Proper record keeping. Optimal labour utilization.
