Requirements:
Degree or diploma in hotel management, food production or other related field.
Experience: at least 5 years hands on working experience as a chef in a busy restaurant/cafe.
Salary: kshs. 40,000 – 60,000 plus other company benefits
Additional attributes:
Chef will be incharge of all the operations at the restaurant by performing the following duties:- coming up with new menu.
Ensuring food is well prepared.
Supervising and co-ordinating kitchen activities.
Training staff on hygiene and safety measures.
Facilitating daily food orders. Co-ordinating trainings and development for staff.
Ensure effective stock management processes.
Ensure effective customer satisfaction by giving timely feedback on menu items.
