Purpose of Job
Co-develop marketing communication plans that enable brand awareness, lead generation, and related marketing objectives for the Sasol Chemicals Business Divisions. The role specializes in executing all Marketing Communication activities for various application areas.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement marketing communication plans that align with our Business Division’s marketing objectives.
Restructure and enhance content delivery across a range of channels, including events, digital platforms, and social media.
Own campaigns through content creation and graphic support.
Coordinate closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage strategically trade shows, conferences, and event participation, in collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors.
Oversee the development and maintenance of all marketing collateral and content, both print and digital formats.
Ensure that all produced content aligns with Sasol’s standards and brand guidelines, adhering to language, tone, and style.
Contribute to the regular publication of insightful marketing campaign reports, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement.
Educate, advise, and promote compliance with Group Corporate Affairs’ established brand and design guidelines across all marketing materials.
Manage the Marketing online shop for promotional items in partnership with our service provider and internal teams.

What attributes are ideal for success in this role?
A professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent vocational training, paired with relevant professional experience.
Working Experience
A track record of at least 5 years in marketing communications, marketing, advertising, or graphic design within the B2B sector.
Required Personal and Professional Skills
Strong business acumen, backed by experience in Marketing & Sales functions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect seamlessly across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; bilingual skills are a plus.
A creative and energetic spirit that thrives in dynamic environments.
A collaborative nature, making you an excellent team player whether working in-person or virtually.
