Purpose of Job
To provide administrative and SAP support to the team. This includes checking and validating invoices, SAP support and cost control.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
Ensure that all costs are tracked for the RES team
Ensure costs do not exceed budget
Ensure that invoices are checked and validated against PO and work done
Reconcile any spending and track costs
Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams in support of work
Deliver quality, cost-effective service and support on time
Maintain an effective electronic filing system by storing all required documents and communication received and ensuring that these are stored in easily accessible files
Facilitate accurate document/information processing and management.
Maintain files and financial records
Demonstrate the ability to use technology and equipment
Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases
Order and maintain stationery and SAP (EBP) purchases for the team.
Store and File for easy future access
Manage general project office housekeeping
Daily, weekly, and monthly creation of PRs for the RES Johannesburg team
Creation of yearly framework order PRs for the Financial Year for RES and London Flat offices
Analysis of monthly committed costs and follow-up on outstanding payments
Sundry payment preparations and submission to sundry accounts payable, tracking of payments for sundry
Petty cash processing when required
SuPM – capturing of monthly water and electricity billing
Routine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
Formal Education
High School / School Diploma or similar
Min Experience
Experience: 3+ relevant years
