B-Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Control and Instrumentation/ Industrial/ Systems Engineering at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or,
B Tech Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Control and Instrumentation/ Industrial/ Systems Engineering at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or,
National Higher Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Control and Instrumentation/ Industrial/ Systems Engineering at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits.
Related Experience:
10 Years extensive Power Station experience; plant operations and engineering within a management capacity.

Direct plant and conventional safety programme.
Direct plant operations in the design base.
Direct plant life cycle management in plant engineering, operating, and maintaining the plant.
Manage plant contracts in line with the station policies and commercial procedures.
Human resources management and training.
Direct plant finances.
Leadership development of key station managers.
