Corporate Staffing Services IT Business Analyst Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit and validate requirements.
Process Modelling and Documentation:
Create process flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual representations to document current and future state processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
Solution Design and Evaluation:
Work closely with development and technical teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.
Provide recommendations based on business impact, feasibility, and technical considerations.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Develop UAT plans, test cases, and coordinate testing efforts with business users.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
Change Management and Implementation Support:
Assist in change management activities, including training, communication, and readiness assessments.
Support the implementation and rollout of new systems or processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in business operations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 – 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., requirements gathering, process modelling, UAT).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective change management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Experience in generating process documentation
